Fit questions with chart answers
Size picks with the chest number first
Compare the chest number in the listing’s chart with a garment that already fits. The letter alone can mislead. A size M runs from 38.6 in to 48 in around the chest across the catalog. The Size Guide shows how to measure at home.
Long sleeves with a neckline measurement
Four styles measure the sleeve from the neckline, so their sleeve numbers look long. The Size Guide names them and explains how to compare.
Two styles with a small fit
The Waffle Knit Crewneck Sweatshirt in Light Gray and the Long Sleeve Polo with Striped Placket in Beige run small. Both listings say so. For the polo, the maker suggests one or two sizes up.
Colors with a photo match
Color names follow what the photo shows. Screens still vary. The Disclaimer explains why a color can look slightly different in daylight.
Dates with exact numbers
Arrival dates with a holiday in the way
Federal holidays are not business days. An order paid on Wednesday, Nov 25, 2026, before 5:30 PM ET goes to the carrier on Friday, Nov 27, or Monday, Nov 30. Thanksgiving is skipped. Delivery then lands between Monday, Dec 7, and Thursday, Dec 10.
Thresholds with a real basket
An order of $79 or more has no shipping charge. The Waffle Knit Pullover Hoodie in Moss Green at $44.99 and the Pleated Front Linen Blend Shirt in Dark Green at $35.99 make $80.98, so that order ships at no charge. Below $79, the charge is $6.80. The Shipping Policy has the details.
Destinations without delivery service
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the other US territories are outside the delivery area. No delivery goes to a PO Box or to an APO, FPO, or DPO address. Every delivery goes to Washington, DC or one of the 48 contiguous states.
A tracking link with a same-day email
The shipping email arrives the day the package is handed to the carrier. The Order Tracking page mirrors that status.
Problems with an order after delivery
Packages with a delivered scan but no box at the door
Check with neighbors and the mail room, then report it within 12 days of the delivered scan. Support opens a trace with the carrier.
Damage with photos inside 20 days
Send photos of the garment, its tag, and the package label within 20 days of delivery. The customer can pick a replacement or a full refund, with no postage to pay.
Returns with a 30-day window
A return request has a 30-day window from delivery, and restocking costs nothing. A change of mind, including a wrong size, qualifies. The customer pays the postage in that case. The Refund and Returns Policy lists the steps.
Refund timing with a 7-business-day limit
Refunds leave within 7 business days once the garment is back and inspected. Statements can trail by 10 business days, depending on the card issuer or PayPal.
Cancellations with a 10-hour limit
An order can be cancelled within 10 hours of placing it. Email the order number to support. The refund follows within 2 business days.
Money matters with plain answers
Cards and wallets with checkout support
Checkout works with four card networks and with PayPal, all named in the Payment Policy. Apple Pay, Google Pay, gift cards, and installment plans do not work.
Sales tax with Ohio deliveries only
Orders delivered in Ohio pay Ohio sales tax on the garments and the shipping charge. Orders to other states show no tax line.

Quirefox charges the full checkout total at the moment of ordering.
