A shipping charge with a $79 line
Each order pays one shipping charge or none. A merchandise subtotal under $79 adds $6.80. A subtotal of $79 or more adds nothing.
Two mid-priced garments land right around the line. The Half Zip Hoodie with Zip Pockets in Royal Blue costs $40.99. The Raglan Two Button Polo in Army Green costs $37.99. Together they come to $78.98, two cents short of the line. That order pays $6.80, for $85.78 before tax. Adding the Waffle Knit Crewneck Sweatshirt in Light Gray at $20.99 makes $99.97, and the shipping charge drops to zero.
Subtotals with any discount already off
Merchandise subtotal means the garment prices after any discount and before sales tax. Quirefox runs no discount codes at the moment. So the subtotal is simply the sum of the prices on the listings. The charge is per order, never per garment.
Packages with a starting point in the United States
Garments start their trip at a US fulfillment partner. The partner pulls each garment from its own shelves. Packing and the hand-off to the carrier happen there too. The trip stays domestic from start to finish, so no customs form, duty, or import fee applies to any order.
The Quirefox office at 5138 Arch St in Maple Heights, Ohio, handles mail and records. It keeps no garments. Packages never start there.
Orders with a 5:30 PM ET cut-off
Cut-off means 5:30 PM ET, Monday to Friday, holidays excluded. An order paid before then counts that day. An order paid later counts from the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders also count from the next business day. The time on the order email is the time that counts.
Warehouse time with a 1-2 business day window
Packing takes 1-2 business days, counted from the order day. That window ends when the package is handed to the carrier.
Carrier time with a 6-8 business day range
The carrier then needs 6-8 business days. The clock starts at the first carrier scan.
A delivery estimate with packing and carrier time together
The two stretches add up to 7-10 business days. That range runs from the day the order counts to the day the package arrives. It is an estimate, not a promise of a date. The section on delays explains what happens when it slips.
Business days without weekends or federal holidays
A business day is any weekday that is not one of the eleven US federal holidays. The ones left in 2026 are Columbus Day on Oct 12, Veterans Day on Nov 11, Thanksgiving on Nov 26, and Christmas on Dec 25. The full calendar is the one the US Office of Personnel Management publishes each year.
A sample order with Veterans Day in the middle
- A customer pays on Monday, Nov 2, 2026, at 3:20 PM ET. The order counts that day.
- The package goes to the carrier on Tuesday, Nov 3, or Wednesday, Nov 4.
- Veterans Day falls on Wednesday, Nov 11, and is skipped.
- Delivery lands between Thursday, Nov 12, and Tuesday, Nov 17.
An order paid at 6:05 PM ET on Friday, Nov 6, counts from Monday, Nov 9.
Street addresses with a lower 48 or DC location
Delivery covers the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Homes and businesses both qualify. The address needs a street number and a street name.
Destinations without delivery
Some addresses are outside the delivery area:
- Alaska and Hawaii.
- Puerto Rico and the other US territories.
- PO Boxes.
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.
The checkout page blocks Alaska, Hawaii, and territory addresses outright. A PO Box typed on the street line can slip through, though. Such an order triggers an email within 1 business day. The email requests a street address. Two business days without one end in cancellation and a full refund.
Carrier choice without a menu at checkout
The partner picks the carrier for each package. The shipping email names it. Checkout offers one delivery speed, so no express option exists.
A tracking number with a same-day email
The hand-off day brings a shipping email with two details: carrier and tracking number. A first scan may need 1 more business day to show on the carrier’s site. Entering the order number and billing email on the Order Tracking page brings up the same status.
Multi-item orders with more than one package
Several garments in one order may travel separately. Every package then carries its own tracking number. A split never adds a charge.
Address fixes with a 10-hour window
An address can change within 10 hours of placing the order. Email the order number and the full new address to support. After 10 hours the partner may already be packing, so a change cannot be promised.
Ohio orders with a sales tax line
Orders delivered in Ohio pay Ohio sales tax on the garments and on the shipping charge. Ohio law treats a delivery charge as part of the price. Orders to every other state show no sales tax line. Any tax appears as its own line before payment.
Sizes without stock after payment
Stock can run out between payment and packing. Support then writes within 1 business day and offers a choice:
- A new ship date, for a customer happy to wait.
- Another size of the same garment.
- A full refund.
Late dispatch with a choice between waiting and a refund
The packing window is 2 business days at most. If a package cannot meet it, an email goes out before that deadline with a new date. The customer can agree to the new date. Cancelling instead returns the full amount within 2 business days. The Federal Trade Commission’s mail order rule requires this choice.
Delivered scans without a package
Delivered scan means the carrier’s tracking event marked Delivered. Carriers sometimes scan a package early or leave it at a side door. Check with neighbors and the building’s mail room first. Then report it within 12 days of the delivered scan, and support opens a trace with the carrier. Tracking with no new scan for 6 business days gets a trace too. Seven business days into the trace, a package still missing means a replacement or a full refund, at the customer’s choice.
Garments with damage on arrival
Report damage within 20 days of delivery. Send photos of the garment, its tag, and the package label. A damaged garment gets a replacement or a full refund. It usually stays with the customer, because sending it back helps nobody.
Problem reports with a 2-business-day answer
Support replies to every report within 1 business day. A decision follows within 2 business days of receiving the photos.
Checkout totals without a handling fee
The checkout total holds the garments, the shipping charge, and, for Ohio deliveries, sales tax. No handling, packing, or card fee is added. Nothing is preselected at checkout.
Delays without a Quirefox cause
Storms, carrier backlogs, and road closures can stretch the 6-8 business days. When tracking shows a delay, support emails the customer with what the carrier reports. If the delay stops a package from leaving within 2 business days, the late dispatch choice above applies.
Returns with a page of their own
A garment that needs to go back follows the Refund and Returns Policy, with 30 days from delivery to ask.
Next pages with tracking and return details
The Order Tracking page shows where a package is. The Refund and Returns Policy covers sending a garment back. The Payment Policy explains how the checkout total is charged.
Questions go to contact@quirefox.com or +1 (216) 243-0054. Support works from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM ET, Monday through Friday, and answers within 1 business day. The Contact Us page has a form as well.
