A seller with a registered company name

Quirefox is the trading name of JAIDEN LAURYN JONES FUNY LLC, EIN 99-4917481. The business address is 5138 Arch St, Maple Heights, OH 44137, United States. These terms apply to every visit to quirefox.com and to every order placed there. This version took effect on Oct 3, 2026.

Listed prices with an error clause

Prices on quirefox.com are in US dollars, and a listed price can move until the order goes in. A listing shows only the sizes in stock, yet a size can still sell out at the last moment. An obvious price error cancels the order. An example would be the $44.99 Waffle Knit Pullover Hoodie in Moss Green shown at $4.49. That order is refunded in full, and an email explains why.

The charge with a single trigger

Quirefox charges the full checkout total at the moment of ordering. The Payment Policy says the same in the same words.

Contracts with a two-step formation

Each order starts as an offer from the customer. The order email is a receipt for that offer, nothing more. Acceptance comes with the shipping email, and the contract exists from that moment. An order that cannot be accepted, because of stock, a price error, or a failed fraud check, gets every cent back within 2 business days.

Buyers with full legal age

Buyers must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live. Orders are for personal use, not for resale.

Site use without misuse

Nobody may scrape the site, run bots against it, test stolen cards, or enter false details. Orders linked to that kind of use can be cancelled and refunded.

Garment listings with honest descriptions

Each listing describes one garment in one color. It shows the sizes, a chart of garment measurements, and photos supplied by the maker. The Disclaimer explains normal variation in color and measurement.

Cancellations with the same 10-hour window

A customer can cancel within 10 hours of placing an order, as the Refund and Returns Policy describes. The refund is sent within 2 business days. Quirefox can also cancel an order for stock, a price error, or suspected fraud, always with a full refund.

Delivery and return rules with separate policies

Two policies count as part of this contract: the Shipping Policy, plus the Refund and Returns Policy. The numbers for delivery, returns, and refunds live on those pages only, so they never disagree.

Text and graphics with clear ownership

The site’s text, layout, logo, and size chart images belong to Quirefox. Garment photos come from the makers and stay theirs. Copying site content for another store or listing is not allowed.

Outside sites without Quirefox control

Links to carriers, PayPal, or Stripe lead to sites Quirefox does not run. Their own terms apply there.

Warranties without extra promises

Each garment is sold as its listing describes. The Refund and Returns Policy sets the remedies for faults and wrong items. No warranty is given beyond those, except the warranties that consumer law reads into every sale and forbids sellers to remove.

Liability with the order amount as a cap

The most Quirefox can owe on any claim about an order is the price paid for that order, wherever the law allows such a limit. Indirect and consequential losses are excluded. These limits do not apply where Ohio or federal law forbids them.

Indemnity with a misuse trigger

A user who misuses the site or breaks the law through it covers the resulting costs to Quirefox, including reasonable legal fees.

Disputes with 60 days of talks first

A dispute starts with an email to contact@quirefox.com describing the problem. Both sides then have 60 days of written talks before anyone files a claim. Most order problems end within a few days of the first email. No arbitration clause applies. Small claims court stays open to either side.

Events without control on either side

Storms, carrier strikes, outages, and similar events can delay an order. Neither side is liable for a delay those events cause. The late dispatch choice in the Shipping Policy still applies.

Ohio law with Cuyahoga County courts

Ohio law governs these terms. Any claim that goes to court is heard by the state or federal courts serving Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Invalid clauses without an effect on the rest

If a court strikes out one clause, the remaining clauses stay in force.

The whole agreement with its linked policies

This page and the policies linked from it make up the entire agreement for an order.

Changes with a posted date

These terms can change. The new date appears in the first section. An order follows the version in force on its order date.

Companion pages with the order rules

The Payment Policy covers charges. The Privacy Policy covers personal data. The Disclaimer covers variation in garments and dates.
