Delivery dates without a fixed promise
The 7-10 business days in the Shipping Policy are an estimate. The carrier controls the last stretch. Weather and carrier backlogs can add days. When packing runs late, the customer gets the choice described in the Shipping Policy.
Photos and charts with normal variation
Listing photos come from the garment makers. Screens show the same color in different ways. Color names follow what the photo shows, such as Burnt Orange or Moss Green, and can differ from a maker’s own label. Size charts list garment measurements taken flat by hand. A gap of 1.2-2 in either way is normal. A gap of more than 2 in is a Quirefox error, handled under the Refund and Returns Policy.
Listings with the makers’ own details
Every garment is sold new and unbranded. Fabric content appears only where the maker stated it clearly. Some listings name no fabric for that reason. The care label sewn into the garment is the guide for washing.
Size choice with the buyer’s own measurements
The buyer compares the chart with a garment that already fits, as the Size Guide describes. The chest number settles the choice better than the letter on the tag. A size M measures 38.6 in around the chest on one sweatshirt in the catalog and 48 in on another.
Liability with a cap at the order amount
Within the limits the law sets, liability for any claim about an order stops at the price paid for that order. Indirect losses, such as a missed event, are excluded. Nothing here removes a right that Ohio or federal law gives consumers and does not let them waive.
