Payment by 5:30 PM ET, Monday to Friday, makes that day the order day. A US fulfillment partner needs 1-2 business days to pack the order, and the carrier adds 6-8. Expect the package 7-10 business days after the order counts. Below $79 the shipping charge is $6.80. From $79 there is no shipping charge. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, and military mail are outside the delivery map, which covers the lower 48 and Washington, DC.
A return request can be made for 30 days from delivery, at a $0 restocking fee. Changed minds and wrong sizes travel back at the customer's cost, to the address in the return approval email. Damaged, defective, or wrong garments, and any garment more than 2 in off its own chart, count as Quirefox errors, with a replacement or a full refund and postage covered.
